The same crew that moves your house can maintain it, mow it, clear it out, or turn it over.

Moving, hauling, grounds work, and rental turnovers across Clarksburg, Morgantown, and Charleston, West Virginia. One number, one crew, whatever the property needs — on the way out or long after.

What do you need?

Every job we've done so far came from someone telling a friend.

No ads. No billboards.
Just people passing the name along.

BGC has run on word of mouth since the first job. That has been the entire marketing budget, which means the work itself has had to be good enough that somebody would put their own name behind it when a neighbor asked.

This site is the first time we've asked for work online. What you won't find on it is a wall of star ratings we haven't earned yet — we'd rather show up and let you become the reason somebody else calls.

Four kinds of work, one crew

Most movers vanish the day the truck pulls away and most maintenance outfits never touch a moving box. BGC does both, which is why the same phone number works whether you're leaving a place or keeping one up.

  1. Homes & businesses

    Moving

Homes and businesses, local runs and full-property moves. Furniture wrapped, disassembled, carried, and put back together on the other end. Load-only and unload-only if you've already got the truck.

  2. Cleanouts & dump runs

    Labor & hauling

Junk removal, garage and estate cleanouts, dump runs, and by-the-hour muscle for the days you have the truck but not the backs. We take the load out and we take it away.

  3. Lawn & seasonal

    Grounds & maintenance

Mowing, edging, trimming, leaf and storm cleanup, gutters, and the standing seasonal work that keeps a property from sliding. One visit or a recurring schedule.

  4. Between tenants

    Turnovers & make-ready

For landlords between tenants: haul out whatever got left behind, bring the grounds back, handle the small repairs and paint, and get the unit ready to show without you making four phone calls.

How a job actually goes

You call or send the form

Tell us the property, the work, and roughly when. The quote form below asks the same questions we'd ask on the phone, so nothing needs a second call to get priced.

We look before we price

For anything bigger than a single load we come see it, because a number given sight-unseen is a number that changes on the day. You get the price before the work starts, not after it finishes.

The crew shows up equipped

Blankets, straps, dollies, tools, and the equipment the job needs come with us. You are not asked to supply anything or to help carry.

You deal with one crew throughout

The same people who moved you out are the ones who can come back to cut the grass or turn the unit. Nothing gets subcontracted to a name you've never heard.

Where we work

Three West Virginia bases, and the towns around each of them. If you're near the edge of one, call and ask — the answer is usually yes, and travel is quoted up front rather than discovered on the invoice.

  • Clarksburg
  • Morgantown
  • Charleston

Questions worth asking

If yours isn't here, call and ask it. Nobody's going to run you through a script.

Do you really do both moving and property maintenance?

Yes, and it's the whole point of the business. The same crew that carries your couch out in March can be the one cutting the grass in June or clearing the unit out in November. Most companies pick one side of that and leave you sourcing the other.

How do you price a job?

Every job is quoted before work begins. Price follows scope, travel distance, and crew time rather than a flat menu, because a two-room apartment and a four-bedroom house are not the same day.

How far ahead should I book?

Earlier is better for moves, especially at the end of a month when leases turn over. Short-notice work is often still possible, so call before assuming it isn't.

Can you handle recurring maintenance, not just one visit?

Yes. Grounds work is commonly set on a repeating schedule through the season, and landlords generally keep us on call for turnovers as units come open.

What areas do you cover?

Clarksburg, Morgantown, and Charleston, plus the towns around each of them. Anything beyond that gets quoted with travel included so there's no surprise on the bill.

Tell us about the job

The more of this you fill in, the closer the first number is to the final one. Nothing here obligates you to anything.

  1. We call you back

A real person, to confirm the details and the date.

  2. We look before we price

Anything bigger than a single load gets seen in person first.

  3. You get the number up front

Before the work starts, not after it finishes.
